Creative Lead

Was appointed as a Creative Lead since 2015, from leading a team of 3 designers, we grew to a team 7 Designers by 2018, which covering the skills from Advertising, Graphics, Motion Graphics, 3D, Video to Product Design.

What i enjoyed best as a lead, was being able to mentor my fellow peers, allowing them to make manageable mistakes, empowering them with decision making and taking ownership of projects, encouraging peer learning which includes myself. Providing them opportunity to expose to new things, continue to learn new things each day. I am honored, apart from being able to share with my peers of my knowledge and experiences at work, i am able to be an inspiring figure and motivate them by leading by example.

Happy staffs will bring out happy customers, and i heard a quote saying "A workplace with laughter is a place of success" which i couldn't agreed more.
